XEmacs 21.5.b13 20 years, 11 months

When I checked out CVS this morning (~ 11:30 -0400 UTC), the latest cvs (coming from the server as 21.5.b13) still had a version.sh showing 21.5.b12 (+CVS20030509). However, the Changelog has an entry from Steve Youngs dated 2003-05-10. Am I getting the correct recent CVS? mh-e package xemacs 21.5b13 fix 20 years, 11 months

This patch was necessary to do make in the mh-e package directory. Posted here instead of to xemacs-patches because I doubt this is the correct solution. The added REQUIRES are only needed since gnus is loaded (since it is required) but gnus requires the eterm net-utils os-utils packages too, so it explodes when it wants to use some files from those packages. I get a crash when evaluating this in a 'xemacs -vanilla': (defun session-yank-string (string half-len-str callback active) "Return menu item STRING with callback CALLBACK. If ACTIVE is non-nil, the item is active. HALF-LEN-STR is the length of the two parts of a abbreviated menu item name."
