Builds and runs fine.
However, native info support is only available on Win95 now, but not
on WinNT.
This is because the synchup patch for 95 has been applied, but not the
original patch for NT.
Could the latter please be applied also? I already verified that it
still applies cleanly for 21.1.6. I will send another mini-patch
fixing a dependency of that patch from the check target which doesn't
make sense under 21.1.
