[Offix DnD crash] 21.0 "Swedish Landrace" on i686-pc-linux 26 years, 5 months

Drag'n'Drop drop works usually but there's something in matlab mode <URL:ftp://ftp.mathworks.com/pub/contrib/v5/tools/matlab.el>, that causes Drag'n'Drop to crash XEmacs. bug with browse-url 26 years, 5 months

I'm not sure whether it's a VM or xemacs bug, so I cross-post. My apologies to those who read both (like myself :-). Got a mail with few URLs. Click on one URL with button 3. Get a menu 'send URL to...', click on Netscape. No Netscape is running, so a new one is started and the URL is opened. SFSG (So far, so good). I had to do a stupid installation trick to make it start with the simple command "rvplayer". I have the Real Audio .so's (librvplayer.so, librvcore.so, etc.) hardlinked into /usr/lib so they can be found by default. If you don't put the .so's in a default run-time link directory you have to invoke it with the correct directory added to LD_LIBRARY_PATH: $ LD_LIBRARY_PATH=/usr/local/lib/rvplayer5.0 rvplayer Either a local file or a URL as a parameter should be acceptable (it works for me).
