My mistake. Built from scratch, everything great. Anyway, -with-tiff=no, because I'm on SGI. External widget works (and builds) perfectly. Packages only from 20.4 works like a charm. Please ignore this. I had a typo in by build script, and ended up thinking that I build b46, but actually only building b44. Of course, it was successful, but who cares?

Built from scratch. Since this is SGI, I had to do -with-tiff=no, but I'm used to that. External widget works just fine.
