The newest version of my patch retained `struct stat;' in from
"lisp.h" because removing it *may* break compilation on windows (never
tried it anyway).
"syswindows.h" does not `#include <sys/stat.h>', but uses `struct
stat'. It will be ok when "sysfile.h" is included before it or if
`struct stat;' remains in "lisp.h".
When "syswindows.h" included in "glyphs-msw.h" included in
"frame-msw.c", "sysfile.h" is not included before. How will
"frame-msw.c" compile on windows witout `struct stat;'?

Most of what you sent looks much the same as what I got on my build, so
I won't bother copying it to the list. In fact, the entire configure
and compile looks quite normal, except for the reams of warnings, which
I also got. I'll have to see if I can do something about that. It's
hard to spot real problems in the middle of all that noise.

When i open the following file with german Umlaute XEmacs uses the wrong
encoding -- the file is encoded in iso-latin1 but XEmacs thinks it's encoded
in Zh/Big5 and all Umlaute are displayed wrong (the Umlaut and the following
character are displayed as one "~"). Here is the file:

I can reproduce this on 21.5-b13-nomule as of today. I won't post the
complete backtrace, since it's got more than 10000 lines ... depending
on the free memory I'd guess :-) It's looping through the same parts

Dear list members,
I have a .Xdefauts to change Xemacs color as following:
Emacs.default.attributeBackground: White
But after I apply xrdb -load ~/.Xdefaults,
The Mozilla menu bar font is changed to a small size. I am wondering how
to keep me Xemacs color and not change Mozzilla menu bar font.

Dear Bug Team!
I recently built XEmacs 21.4.13 and I am encountering problems with fontify that I never met with the previous 21.4.x releases : on the opening of any
file to fontify (.h, .c, Makefile, ...), the fontify progress bar blinks continuously and the
syntax highlighting process is frozen, you have to click into the frame to make it go forward.
However, I don't have this problem on Linux.

After bulding, all 'make check' ran OK, starting xemacs with '-nw'
works fine, but starting xemacs under X windows gives:

[Bug: 21.4.13] Cannot print from xemacs in Win XP

Dear Bug Team!
I've just installed 2.4 on Win XP for the first time (previously used
21.1 on
various platforms). Very pleased with the many improvements I found in
running on Windows.
However, I still cannot get printing to work. It seems to get alot
further than it used to in 21.1 but still no cigar.
I'm not sure if this is a bug or user error. I've looked at the
xemacs-nt maillist archive and found nothing to suggest its user error.
According to documentation I've found on the xemacs web site it
doesn't look like I should have to do anything special to get printing
to work using the File->Print... menu item. I get a print dialogue
box, but when I click 'Print' button I get the following message in
the minibuffer,
Operation not allowed or error during operation: "Print area is ouside
of the printer's hardware printable area", "local_startup_bat -
XEmacs"
I installed 2.4.13 using NetInstall, didn't do anything special with
package selection.

Dear Bug Team!
Tried to kill line. Program stopped responding. Killed with
xkill. Tried twice, second time error message was printed.
Sorry, no core file. I have used this xemacs version several months
without a problem, so maybe I should just restart the machine or
something... As I dont know lisp too good, I send you this output, in
