There is the following:
eicq: an ICQ client for XEmacs. [download] [screen shot]
and
X-Symbol: The main purpose of package x-symbol is to provide some
WYSIWYGness in an area where it greatly enhance the readability of
your LaTeX or HTML source: using "real" characters for "tokens"
like \oplus or ™. It also provides input methods for these
characters, both for the beginner and the expert (some users regard
this as the main reason to use package x-symbol). WYSIWYG super-
and subscripts and images/figures are also supported.
eicq is already an xemacs package, right? Does this need to be here?
It would appear that just about all of the work necessary for making
x-symbol be a package has been already been done. So, maybe it should
just be a package?

In viper-3.11.1 of September 9, 2001 the advice puts value returned by
`viper-events-to-keys' to `keys'. `viper-events-to-keys' may return
string.

Dear Bug Team!
PCL_CVS has a confusing behavior in our programming group. It always
prints out a bunch of Parsing Errors in the *CVS* buffer. For
example, for a cvs-update I get:

The Messages are very confusing, because they are not always at the
top, but mixed up with the files. This even happens with xemacs
-vanilla (the rest of this buffer is filled from that xemacs).
Any idea, why those messages are printed? Our server runs CVS 1.10.5.

I most likely never saw the discussion about this topic, but
who decides which packages are included in the standard ftp places and
therefore in the Sumo tarball.
I vote to include C Wedlers x-symbol package in the standard places.

I am currently digging in the pcl-cvs code to fix a flags problem.
I suppose you can help me straighten things out for me regarding the
code.
The flags are stored in a structure with the following slots
defaults
persist
desc
qtypedesc
hist-sym
To me it looks like only `defaults' is being used. I would guess that
hist-sym would contain a history list of arg-prefixed flags.
That one contains a list of flags (which are list of strings),
there are 4 such lists due to `cvs-shared-start' then followed by
again 4 (shared?) flags which in case seem to nil
Why are there more than one list of default flags?
What is the intent of `cvs-shared-start' and `cvs-shared-flags'? Too
me such shared flags should not be stored in the same list as default
flags.

The "other" Xemacs List?

Folk: I've been out of touch for a couple of weeks after murdering my
filesystem. While I wasn't looking,
what happened to the <Xemacs(a)xemacs.org> mail list? It's mentioned on
the website but there's no subscription instructions. And I'm not
getting any traffic from what was formerly a very busy list.
I don't see an announcement here. Is it down for a reason?

Dear Bug Team!
The new emacs GUI is very nice. Espesially the tabs with the
filenames. However, I found a minor bug in those tabs. If you have an
opened file and save the file under a new name, the filename shown in
the tab is still the old one.

Crash in XEmacs using 'vm'

To whom it may concern,
XEmacs crashed when I tried to invoke the 'vm' command. I am using an
empty .emacs file just for testing and the error still occurs.
Included as attachments are the details of the 'M-x
describe-installation' command and the output on my screen after the
error is included below. There was no 'core' file in the directory I
ran XEmacs from.
