Problems:
1. There are some C++ comments in the source. Attached patch takes
care of that.
2. Linking temacs fails because compiler invocation lacks -lX11.
3. Does it really have to use Imlib?
4. When XEmacs is run, a place for scrollbar is reserved, but the
scrollbar is not shown. Buffer tabs are also not shown. There is
only an empty gray area instead. Screenshot attached. It uses
GTKStep theme, but the same thing happens with default theme, as well.
