redundant dir entries for Standards and Texinfo
from man/standards.texi, line 12:
* Standards: (standards). GNU coding standards.
Wouldn't the following line suffice?
* Standards: GNU coding standards.
The same applies for man/texinfo.texi, line 31.
Is there a reason for adding the node name in parentheses as long as
it only differs in case?
