Problem in running CVS XEmacs on W2K

Hello, I got the CVS source and built on W2K using MSVC 6.0. The build went fine and I did an install (nmake -f xemacs.mak install). The files got installed (my install dir,D:/GNU/xemacs and the folder in which xemacs.exe is in PATH - I get xemacs.exe in the PATH). The XEmacs version I have: XEmacs 21.5 (beta11) "cabbage" [Lucid] (i586-pc-win32) of Thu Apr 17 2003 When I run XEmacs from the "xemacs/nt" folder in the build folder, it works fine. If I got to any other folder and run xemacs, I get the following error in a console: WARNING: Couldn't find an obvious default for the root of the XEmacs hierarchy. WARNING: Couldn't find obvious defaults for: doc-directory data-directory exec-directory lisp-directory Perhaps some directories don't exist, or the XEmacs executable, d:\GNU\xemacs\i586-pc-win32\xemacs.exe is in a strange place? I do not know what the problem is?
