Nothing remotely as good :(
Far be it from me to actually *code* something to help the
competition, but "somebody" could start ELPA-izing useful XEmacs
functionality. If so, I *would* be willing to do the admin work to
provide an XEmacs ELPA.
 I did that twice, and in both cases was snubbed, ignored, and
given zero cooperation, and generally upset by the experience.
 The RMS concept of "cooperation" has been explicitly defined as
"When Emacs gets 100% of what I want, we can work together."
