Installer kit in pub/windows/testing not possible to download
Hi,
In http://ftp.xemacs.org/pub/windows/testing/ there is a setup file
XEmacs_Setup_21.5-test-2009-08-27.exe which seem like the latest and
greatest installer kit. Unfortunately it is not readable.
