Well it was harder than that. I seem to have managed to commit from
the wrong branch in my workspace, which is under control of git. I'm
starting to like git a lot, but this time I managed to be too tricky
for my own good.
Besides building the workspace, I also eyeballed the diff against CVS
of three days ago, and everything looks OK.
