[PATCH] font handling for w3 under mswindows
Well, this allows w3 to begin displaying a page, but there are then further
unrelated errors. Really someone who understands w3 needs to revisit all of
this under mswindows.

* font.el (mswindows-font-create-name)
(mswindows-font-create-object): new functions for mswindows type
fonts.
* msw-faces.el (mswindows-font-canicolize-name): fix so that
strings are parsed as well as font objects.
