With Andy's cygwin32.h patch. Dialog boxes don't co-exist with enabled toolbar. Configured --with-toolbars=no they work. If I first invoke Info from the toolbar, I get: Wrong type argument: stringp, nil followed by an empty Info frame (with the Info toolbar). If I first invoke it from the keyboard or menubar, then it works from all three.
