Yet another example of how CODESYS sucks!

The FSF has added a feature of `write-region' asking for confirmation before overwriting a file. Quite sensibly, they also added an accompanying CONFIRM argument to turn off the confirmation. However, our version of write-region is infested with a CODESYS argument, so we cannot be compatible.
