Dear Bug Team!
When I try and access http://www.ashwaterparish.org.uk using w3 (M-x
browse-url-w3 http://www.ashwaterparish.org.uk), the page is downloaded but
all that is displayed is the title, with a message "Arithmetic Error" in the
message line.
