This is pretty annoying when I'm on a laptop connected over a weak
Wi-Fi (802.11b) connection. In all other aspects, xemacs is fine, but
when the redraw happens, I have to just wait until it's finished. Ugh.
This didn't happen in 21.5 beta5.
Its conceivable that my fix to 21.4 for gutter/toolbar redisplay will help
this.
