As for my previous Cygwin signal changes, forget it. Just make sure
BROKEN_SIGIO is *not* defined in s/cygwin32.h.
So far, so good. I've been running this for 12+ hours without any
lockups.
And, (let ((inhibit-quit t)) (while t)) Sh-C-G still works.
