Any concerns about signing www*xemacs.org up for Google's Free WebSearch and SiteSearch?

I want to give this a try before we take on the burden of installing
(and maintaining!) a namazu search engine for XEmacs.
We have three master websites and I don't like the idea of maintain
search and indexing engines on all these.
And we have many web-mirrors too!
I sign us up for this unless I hear any well-founded dissenting
opinions.
