patcher always sees ChangeLog diffs
Hi!
I can't work with patcher on the package tree toplevel (other
directories work), because I always get the message that patcher is
seeing ChangeLog diffs (this can mean two things).
I even get them, if I delete the ChangeLog and cvs up it right before
I try to use patcher.
Any pointers?
