If you have all the options, the minimum is 95 lines, unless you are
going to have more than one option per line.
In this context, concise means (to me) the list of options and their
argument. No literature about general configure usage, what's a boolean option
and so on. You don't remember exactly what's the name of that option you want
to twiddle, or you don't remember exactly the possible values, and a quick
glance at --help gives you the answer. So if we have 95 options, 95 lines is
concise enough to me.
