find-library, find-function: Mule DOES support decompression, slb.

I use Debian GNU/Linux, and have the lisp source installed. The
source files are gzipped. I attempted to use "find-library", and got
the byte compiled program rather than the elisp source itself. It
tried "M-x find-function find-library", and found this:

Note that in order to have found that, decompression must have worked,
therefore "slb" is WRONG and that "if" can go away please.

I'm not an XEmacs developer and have not tried the 21.5.8 beta release.
But it sounds like it doesn't use the latest mh-e release (V6.1) from
http://mh-e.sourceforge.net/
Please try V6.1 and send us (mh-e) reports for any bugs you find.
We don't really have an XEmacs person, so bugs do slip in.

Dear Bug Team!
XEmacs complains about unbalanced parentheses in c++-mode when
everything is OK for the human eye and the C++ compiler.
The following test case should help reproduce the problem :
In c++-mode, type the following constructor :
Scroll::Scroll(EcranPrincipal* ecran, Palette* pPalette)
: ScrollBar(ecran->getDisplay(), pPalette),
_intervalle(Intervalle(), Pas(1))
{}
Now indent the "_intervalle(Intervalle(), Pas(1))" expression by pressing tab.
XEmacs will beep and indicates you have unbalanced parentheses.

Flyspell-mode currently binds C-/ to
`flyspell-auto-correct-previous-word'. This overrides the default
binding to undo. Can this be changed? I'd say that undo is a pretty
crucial command...

Is someone within a sweep checin right now? I've just updated HEAD
and tried to compile after a configure --use-kkcc, but it's no fun...
I'm running a FreeBSD 4.6-STABLE i386 from today.
First, I got an error 'wrong argument to unary !' in alloc.c. For my
untrained eye, the easy fix would be:

I'm having problems with MH-E using 21.5.8 and xemacs-packages-2002-07-20..
0. Using
xemacs -vanilla
and then invoking `mh-rmail'.
1. When I invoke `mh-forward' in a MH-Foler buffer by pressing 'f', I get
a new buffer (in fundamental-mode instead of mh-letter-mode) with

worked in 21.5.8 with a previous version of the packages.
2. I had to add
(add-hook 'mh-before-send-letter-hook 'mime-editor/maybe-translate)
to my init file to be able to send attachments.
3. I had to remove
(require 'mh-e)
(require 'mh-com)
(require 'mime-setup)
because I get an error
undefined functon: mime-charset-to-coding-system
at startup.
