Hi. Since my last "apt-get dist-upgrade", I cannot start xemacs in X anymore but well in the console. I did search in the news and in the Debian Emacsen mail archive but I have found a information that could help me. I'am not a programmer so I do hope this message is not annoying. ＠cassiopee, ~->: xemacs Fatal error (11). Your files have been auto-saved. Use `M-x recover-session' to recover them. [PATCH] 21.5 - generic toolbar support for X11... 22 years, 3 months

This patch is for XEmacs 21.5. I have checked in the generic toolbar code, and this patch makes X11 use it as well. I think this would be the ideal place to make changes to the toolbar code for automatically captioning items, etc. I'll leave that until after the GTK bugs are fixed and more code is shared between X11 and GTK though. :) Here is a screenshot of what the toolbar looks like - should be identical to the 'real' X11 toolbars, as only the direct x_foo_bar() calls have been replaced with calls to the generic redisplay methods. I will leave it up to someone else to actually commit this. I am not getting any mail messages from xemacs-review, so am trying to figure that out before checking anything else in. :) -bp -- Ceterum censeo vi esse delendam
