What is the value of 'gnus-treat-strip-pgp'? Set it to nil if you
want to see the pgp signatures.
But even with this set to t (pgp sigs are stripped off) you can still
easily tell if an article is signed or not. Look at the modeline of
the article buffer, in particular, what's between the square
brackets. If there is a 'p' it means the message has been pgp signed.
