crashes in 21.2.35 24 years, 3 months

Irix 6.5, gcc 2.95.2 updated and rebuilt yesterday, I believe ---- after a long stable period, I've started getting fairly frequent crashes, so I started using a debug version in hopes of getting something useful caught one today - gdb gives following: Program received signal SIGSEGV, Segmentation fault. 0x102d2274 in TabsSetValues (current=0x7fff19c0, request=0x7fff16a0, new=0x10a69000, args=0x7fff1d38, num_args=0x7fff141c) at xlwtabs.c:660 660 if( XtIsRealized(tw->tabs.topWidget) ) -- John A. bad interaction with session management 24 years, 3 months

when i "logout" from gnome, alas, XEmacs keeps walking in the dark, getting a (bogus) 99% of cpu time more important, it locks some RAM, and gets into when i try to start it again in a new session

New test packages uploaded - package release initiated 24 years, 3 months

I've uploaded to ftp.xemacs.org:/pub/xemacs/beta/experimental the following packages: 120053 Aug 16 10:36 eicq-1.01-pkg.tar.gz 124375 Aug 16 10:38 speedbar-1.15-pkg.tar.gz 69568 Aug 16 10:37 semantic-1.01-pkg.tar.gz Speedbar is a new version, semantic and eicq are new packages. I'll tell you more about them next time. The new semantic and speedbar versions are needed by the new jde version which I can't upload since it's broken. Please note that the above packages had no testing by myself. I plan to upload more packages during the next days. Folks, please update any unapplied patches to the packages in the next two days, I'll declare a freeze soon.
