This breaks PCL-CVS release v2_9_7, and no doubt other XEmacs software.

Returns a wta, sequencep, 1
I saw you'd changed something in mapconcat, so I updated from CVS,
but it still does it. I'm going to try and debug it... but don't
count on any patches. :-)
