Gutter / subwindow fixes 25 years, 2 months

I think I have got all the ones I can reproduce. I am hoping that means all of them. Thanks to Damon and Stef for reproducible test cases. Bizarrely their problems were unconnected although the symptom was the same. I also fixed a bug which may have been the cause of the endless redisplay bug that some are still experiencing. (syms_of_window): declare it. * redisplay.c (create_string_text_block): don't add bogus eol markers to gutter display lines. * glyphs.c (reset_subwindow_cachels): make sure we unmap subwindows using unmap_subwindow so that expose events get registered correctly. * window.c (window_scroll): use Vwindow_pixel_scroll_increment to determine how much to scroll the window. So, I think that the crashes are under control (for me, anyway) but... Seems now that occassionally, I have a blank gutter. Still has active tabs, but I can't see them. I can do stuff and they'll come back but as I sweep my mouse across the various xemacs frames I have, the gutter will go black (which is my default background). Just when I was getting used to using the tabs, too.
