Can someone explain me this mystery ? 25 years, 5 months

I try to use the cvs web interface to track the change that fucked up my package configuration in my lastest compiles. So I look at the lisp/ChangeLog change history, look at steve's latest (6/23/99) "misc changes" commit, and see Michael's change to packages.el. So I jump to the packages.el history and see no change since 5/4/99. What's up? Now that I look at it, the packages.el does not seem to be up-to-date. Steve, did you miss something? OG.

more CVS lossage? 25 years, 5 months
