[AC21.5] Close my old branches to get them out of sight

APPROVE COMMIT 21.5 Not relevant to 21.4. The named branches (with corresponding heads) branch: pkg-docs parent: 4513:51fa2a054060 branch: ac-fix-2008-10-25 parent: 4511:71bf2c5667ba branch: g++-warning-removal-2008-10-28 parent: 4528:726060ee587c are now closed. No changes were made to any content; it's just that if you do "hg heads" (or "hg view") these branch heads are no longer listed (marked as heads). This is appropriate since they were all one-off branches where I was holding a couple of minor fixes, and the commits of those fixes themselves remain visible. This should cause those heads (and the corresponding branch markers) to disappear on your next pull.
