 I don't see it in my copy or the directory I extracted to.  Maybe
it got
 created after untarring? 
You're right, Paul.  I don't see it in the staging directory where I
built the Sumo tarball:

camelot-soft:~/staging/Sumo $ ls xemacs-packages/lib-src/
CVS             tm-au           tm-image        tm-ps
install-sid     tm-file         tm-mpeg         tmdecode
send-pr         tm-html         tm-plain

Nor do I see it in the tarball that got uploaded, so it must be coming 
from somewhere else.
