info glitches in 21.5.6

        1. in info top node one reads

   but only button 2 follows the cross-reference.

2. in the menubar, the "Info" menu has some brokeness, as the last
   entry init, "...more...", is a menu title (label?) and doesn't give
   way to the remaining info nodes
