What is this PRCS 2.0?
The networked version of the PRCS

I thought development had died but it turns out it was only the
mailing list archive and web site maintenance. In a case of reality's
practical irony, the development sources are available from the Gnome
CVS server.
At least from the specs it is destined to be much better than CVS.
