If you do put it in, could you drop me a line? If I can scrape up
the time, I'd like to expand it a bit.
[ For that matter, how much have the manuals changed in the last year or
two? I've been thinking about rebuilding the PDF version (so that I
can get nice permuted indices), and I was wondering if it would make
sense to make these publicly available, too. ]
