That would be acceptable as well.  As long as there is something for
the simple user (me).  I just need to edit my simple html pages
occasionally. 
 Ville> psgml does not require psgml-dtds, IMO that's the way it should be.
That makes sense, but maybe there should be a default DTD for html
in psgml since I suspect that that is what we "basic" users are
looking for.
