Hi, The package smoke tests builds all packages from tip version and lately that has been working fine. http://www.contactor.se/~matsl/smoketest/ So we don't see any of these problem there. (However it does not do the "bindist" builds. It does "make install". There are no system installed packages on the that build machine either.) On the other hand I have seen strange behavior for building the xemacs binary that seems to be related to interference of the build with installed packages. So I would not be surprised if that could pop up also when building a new package. Yours -- %% Mats

Ar an t-ochtú lá de mí Lúnasa, scríobh Hauke Fath: A slightly more correct place to fix it would be in the XEmacs 21.4 code, but I have no commit access to that tree, and more sensible changes (e.g. to get it building on more recent Linux, https://bitbucket.org/kehoea/xemacs-21.4/commits/83161cc32465ee18b82990fb... ) should take priority if *anything* goes in to it. As I have just posted to the list, I have reproduced the 21.4 build issue locally, renamed leim/hebrew.el to leim/hebrew-input.el within the package, rebuilt and tested the 21.5 build, which works locally.
