That's not really true, at least as far as Kirill's code is concerned
(and all the process code is Kirill's doing). It's true that Kirill
didn't understand Mule, and may have broken something, but it's also
true that he understood pretty much everything else.
Are there any XEmacs/Windows developers who _use_ Mule, especially
the Asian language support or multiple character sets?
Mule doesn't work under Windows, AFAIK. In his "Architecting XEmacs"
web site, Ben described how to make it work.
