As it says, plus for convenience of future merges I created and populated ChangeLog.Carbon files in any directories that seem at all likely to ever have Carbon-specific changes. This is all on a branch, doesn't affect any project wide code. The Carbon stuff is sorta bit-rotting :-(. It's still working, but there's all kinds of ugliness to be spruced up. Contributions welcome. No patch.
