Hmm, I've never used that because I would never think of having focus
thrown to a frame other than the one the mouse is over.
What'd it do prior to my patch? I assume it threw emacs focus, but
not the window manager focus. Checking.... yup. I assume that's not
what you want? Or is it?
The right thing with f-f-m true seems for C-x 5 o to physically move
the mouse pointer, a la ediff.
