If anyone is interested in DAV support, I would vote for extending the new
URL library available via anoncvs from
gnu.org. One of the guys at work is
actually starting on this, but is not very far along.
But depending on how closely cadaver adheres to the ftp command set, you
might just be able to set the efs-ftp-program-name to 'cadaver' and be on
your way.
