I'm not sure I understand the question, but I think the answer is no.
The sources that will become XEmacs 21.2 have been created as a
branch in the CVS tree. The last command I used to check them out
was:
$ cvs checkout -r release-21-2 -d xemacs-21.2 xemacs-20.0
The command to get the 21.2 sources out of
cvs.xemacs.org will be
slightly different. Jareth is going to create a link to get 21.2
sources on the web page.
I've never done a CVS branch before, so please bear with me.
