xemacs 21.5.0 "alfalfa" is released.

I'm too lazy to do a real release announcement with ChangeLog diffs, since my scripts don't support incrementing versions across minor numbers. The code base is mostly the same as 21.4.0, except for version numbers and such. There will probably be a 21.5.1 soon, as I port my release scripts to 21.5. This one was done by hand, hence the "amateur" feel of this release and the lack of web site updates. 21.5.1 should be back to business as usual. Get the tarballs at ftp://ftp.xemacs.org/pub/xemacs/beta/xemacs-21.5 There's a patch from 21.2.46 at ftp://ftp.xemacs.org/pub/xemacs/beta/xemacs-21.5/xemacs-21.2.46-21.5.0.pa... I've stopped the practice of providing PGP-signed .sig files. I only ever provided them because Steve Baur did. The CVS development branch is now the trunk. Do a cvs update -A to update to the head of the trunk. This release has the CVS tag r21-5-0 (and the tag r21-5-latest-beta until 21.5.1 is released).
