I tried out the version currently in debian/unstable, and the problem
seems to be fixed.
the versions I'm using now are:
emacs-version:
Value: "21.4 (patch 8) \"Honest Recruiter\" XEmacs Lucid"
psgml-version:
Value: "1.2.2"
Thanks for the report, Joseph.
However, psgml-version tells the upstream version of psgml, not the
XEmacs package version (we've released many packages of the upstream
psgml 1.2.2).
Could you look up the XEmacs package version and let us know, do a
M-x package-get-info-version RET psgml RET
...or click
Tools->Package->List and Install
and look up the psgml version there.
