Makes sense to me. Maybe the html target should be modified so that
it doesn't install anything.
Yes, indeed. Installing should be done by "make install" (as the name of the
target says ;-)
I'm planning to start merging Ben's big packages build patch bit by bit today, and
this will have to wait until the merge is finished. But doing the smoketest change above
would still be ok.
