browse-url-galeon should only pass -x to galeon when not new-window
Here's a patch to fix browse-url-galeon to pass -x
(--existing) to galeon only when a new window (tab) is not
requested. Without this, when
browse-url-galeon-new-window-is-tab is non-nil, the url ends
up in the current tab, not a new one.
