[HEADS UP] Trunk move for XEmacs CVS repository

I apologize for announcing this at such short notice. Tonight will see a restructuring of the CVS repository for the XEmacs core, namely: - A new branch release-21-1 will split off the trunk which will contain future stable releases in the 21.1 series. - The current release-21-2 branch will move to the trunk. Future active development will happen on the trunk. - A new release-21-4 branch will split off the (then new) trunk which will contain future stable releases in the upcoming 21.4 series. This will all happen between Thursday, April 12, 4PM UTC and Friday, April 13, 4PM UTC. It might take longer. Expect the CVS repository to be unavailable during that time. Please wait for my announcement that all is well again before you attempt to pull anything from there again.
