[Bug: 21.4.13] subprocess and font problems

I am running the Cygwin binary of XEmacs under Windows XP Pro SP1. I just recently upgraded both Cygwin and XEmacs to the latest release and now running any kind of subprocess causes all fonts to show as blank. The problem is consistent, and occurs even when I remove all of my customizations.
