This isn't completely surprising to me (C-g is one of the
hardest
parts of Emacsen to make work and keep working), and it's probably
pretty low-level so may take a while to fix.
Please file a bug on the tracker for this one so it doesn't get
lost.

BTW: when I open the tracker its interface is in Spanish. I find this
patronizing behavior, which I have seen in other webpages too, annoying.
