Hi Folks!
Of late, the xemacs-patches mailing list is turning into a bit of a
shambles. This list is _*NOT*_ for general discussions.
There are _only_ 2 types of posts that should end up on
xemacs-patches...
- Patch submissions.
- Patch review followups (something with a keyword in it).
If any patch submission requires any discussion beyond the initial
submission and review (APPROVE VETO etc) that discussion should take
place on xemacs-beta.
Unfortunately this means that you may have to manually change the
"To:" header in your followup (not necessary if you are following up
to a patch that was reviewed with 'patch-keywords.el' _and_ your MUA
isn't broken). Oh, and please don't just Cc xemacs-beta. We don't
want this kind of stuff on xemacs-patches.
I'll see what I can do about automatically filtering out the
incorrectly posted messages and forwarding them to xemacs-beta. But
in the meantime, see the previous paragraph.
