The whole thing does IMO; there's nothing really bug- or
tester-relevant. Matter of taste, of course. My feeling is that the
kind of people who are likely to apply this kind of patch are likely
to be reading xemacs-design anyway (I can't get at the "nomail" option
directly, but the # of subscribers is the same as xemacs-beta).
Note: I don't feel strongly enough about this to move it. ;-)
As for the patch itself, I really think Ben is right, the syntax cache
should be buffer-specific.
