OK, the progress bar face is `gui-element'. You can change that with
set-face-font in XEmacs. I haven't tried setting it with an X
resource yet, but if it is going to work it is probably
XEmacs.gui-element.attributeFont
Huh... I somehow got the impression, was I dreaming!?, that the
other
font Xresources that wasn't supported by Xft worked as before!? But I
don't really know how these things work.
Well, they probably did, they probably still do, but how would anybody
know?! Making it possible to figure out what you did that made
something happen is high on my list of Things That Must Be Done.

OK, let's see what we can do. That's not a face resource, though.
